Series RIA, aluminium angle guide, open roll-in racks to accommodate 18" x 26" sheet pans, for use in refrigerators and freezers.
FRAME
The vertical uprights and the top and bottom cross bracing are 2" x 1" x 1/8" thick extruded aluminum channels welded to form a rigid frame. Caster support channels are 1-7/8" x 4" x 1/8" thick extruded aluminum, fully welded to the vertical uprights and bottom cross supports.
GUIDES
The guides are 1" x 1-1/2" x .100 thick extruded aluminum angles welded to the vertical uprights, with all corners chamfered and deburred.
TIE ROD
All models have 1/2" diameter aluminum tie rods welded to the front and rear vertical uprights for extra rigidity.
CASTERS
The units are mounted on four 5" diameter, heavy duty, swivel casters.
Capacity: Last digits of model number indicate the quantity of 18" x 26" pans per rack.
NOTE: Before ordering Roll-In rack, be sure to verify the clear opening provided in the refrigerator or freezer being used with the Roll-In rack.
