Bakery and Bread Merchandising Cases
R&D Fixtures offers 3 distinctive lines of bread, bakery, and pastry cases:
Euro Series cases come as refrigerated or dry, service or self service. Optional removeable side panels create a continuous look for units placed side by side. Models are available for donut, candy and chocolate, as well as cake and pastry merchan-dising.
Classic Upright Pastry cases are available in standard sizes with 2 - 5 sets of doors. Shelves are adjustable and have 3 angle positions. Perfect for cookies, donuts and all pastries that do not require refrigeration.
Artisan Series bread shelving provides both a natural ambience and optimal display for breads and rolls. A matching prep case (Artisan Bread Merchandiser) is available.
Our Sandwich/Sushi/Pizza Prep Case features an refrigerated self-service merchandising front. The service area freatures a prep counter with removeable cutting boards and a refrigerated well with 1/4 size food pans - protected by a straight glass sneeze guard (optional curved glass sneeze guard is shown in photo, above).
Optional rear refrigeration includes sliding glass doors. The standard case is available in 4', 6', and 8' lengths. Contact us to talk about custom configurations.

All cases come in standard sizes:
48", 59", 77" widths.
Custom configurations are available.
Service cases have curved lift up front glass and rear sliding door (glass or mirrored rear door is optional). Donut cases have 3 lift up front acrylic doors for self-service.
End panels are removeable allowing multiple units to be connected in an endless series. Wire racks and glass shelving are optional on all cases.
Euro Donut/Pastry Case has three acrylic lift up self-service doors
Euro Dry (service) Case has a curved glass lift-up front access door and a sliding back door.
Classic Upright Pastry Cases

Perfect for Donuts, Rolls, Bagels and fresh baked breads.
The Classic Series Bakery/Pastry Cases come standard in 2 heights and several widths. They can be purchased without doors and outfitted with acrylic bins.
Features include:
- Adjustable steel wire shelving (4 on 81" tall case, 3 on 51" tall case)
- Shelf brackets can be adjusted to 3 different angles to increase visability.
- LED lights illuminate the shelf area below.
- Standard widths for this case (either tall or low profile) are as follows:

The Artisan units come in standard 4' and 6' lengths. LED lighting is standard. Optional mirrored back wall and extra shelves are available.Custom sizes, finishes and configurations available. The units blend well with the Classic Upright Pastry Cases to create a unified look in your bakery section.
