SPECIFICATIONS

715 Series tray and silverware carts for silverware in pans.

FRAME: The frame is constructed of 1" O.D. 16 ga. stainless steel tubing formed to support an overhead silverware dispenser and to serve as push handles at both ends.

SHELVES: Each shelf is press formed from a single sheet of 18 ga. stainless steel. It is flanged down 1-5/16" on all four sides and formed back at a 30º angle for rigidity. Each inside corner is fitted with an ABS black plastic bracket and sleeve to accommodate an upright. The bottom shelf on all models is set 8" above the floor. With 10" clearance between shelves on 2 shelf models.

SILVERWARE DISPENSER: The dispenser is constructed of all welded 18 ga. stainless steel and is securely welded to the top of the tubular frame. The tops are canted and are cut out to accommodate 6-3/8" x 10-3/8" x 4" deep stainless steel silverware pans.On eight and ten pan capacity models, the silverware dispenser is two tiers high. The silverware pans are furnished as standard.

CASTERS: The units are mounted on four 4" diameter heavy duty, casters.

MODEL 715-1-P4: The unit has one bottom shelf and is supplied with four silverware pans on one level.

MODEL 715-1-P5: The unit has one bottom shelf and is supplied with five silverware pans on one level.

MODEL 715-1-P8: The unit has one bottom shelf and is supplied with eight silverware pans on two tiers.

MODEL 715-1-P10: The unit has one bottom shelf and is supplied with ten silverware pans on two tiers.

MODEL 715-2-P4: The unit has two shelves and is supplied with four silverware pans on one level.

MODEL 715-2-P5: The unit has two shelves and is supplied with five silverware pans on one level.

MODEL 715-2-P8: The unit has two shelves and is supplied with eight silverware pans on two tiers.

MODEL 715-2-P10: The unit has two shelves and is supplied with ten silverware pans on two tiers.
