Under-Counter Dish Carts

SPECIFICATIONS

Extra low, under-counter dish carts, one or two compartments, unheated or heated.

CABINET: The cabinet is constructed of all welded 18 ga. stainless steel, with all edges flanged for rigidity. The cabinet includes one or two canted shelves with enclosed ends and full height back at an angle to support dishware, with all interior corners coved to a 1/2" radius. The shelves are set 8" above the floor and are provided with 1/2" diameter holes to permit drainage when the cart is washed.

CASTERS: The unit is mounted on four 4" diameter heavy duty, swivel casters.

MODELS D160 and D170: One or two compartment open carts.

MODELS D162 and D172: Same as Models D160 and D170 except equipped with a 20 ga. stainless steel hinged top cover and with transparent plastic, removable, double sliding doors stacked in vertical tracks and provided with lift handle and latch.

MODELS DH162 and DH172: Same as Models D162 and D172 except equipped with a 120V, single phase, thermostatically regulated heating system complete with a twist lock receptacle and 4' long three wire cord set with NEMA 5-15P plug.
